This paper summarized the current status of the fragmentation of global forest governance and International Arrangement on Forest, expounded the important role of International Arrangement on Forest in coordinating the global forest mechanisms, and summed up its existing coordination methods and their achievements and major defects. By introducing UN-Water＇ s successful coordinating experience in the field of global water, this paper proposed suggestions on organization setups in International Arrangement on Forest.
