我国社会管理创新的主要内容包括四个方面:不断完善新型社会管理格局、加强社会管理的基础要素建设、完善保障民生的相关制度、健全社会风险评估和应急管理机制。在社会管理中,信息技术能使数据资源更加丰富,使人与人的沟通更加便捷、协同更加高效。要以信息技术推动我国社会管理创新,必须做到:完善社会管理信息化的技术支撑,健全社会管理信息化的平台建设,建设社会管理信息化的数据共享整合机制,完善社会管理信息化的风险防范体系,加强社会管理信息化的人才建设,实现信息技术与社会管理机制的充分融合。

The main content of the innovation of social management in China includes four aspects： improving the new social management pattern, strengthening the basic elements construction of the social management, improving the relevant system to guarantee the people＇s livelihood, improving the mechanism for risk assessment and emergency management. In the social management, information technology can make the data resources more abundant, so that the communication between people becomes more convenient, and the coordination between people becomes more efficient. To realize the social management innovation in China by the information technology, we must improve the technical support of social management informatization, improve the platform construction of social management informatization, construct the data sharing and integration mechanism of social management informatization, improve the risk prevention system of social management informatization, strengthen the talents construction of social management informatization and realize the full integration between information technology and social management mechanism.
