摘要
为了提高连铸的收得率和铸坯合格率,针对异型连铸常见的四种表面缺陷,从连铸设备因素、缺陷产生机理、生产操作工艺等几个方面进行了细致的分析,并制定了有效的预防措施,实现了铸坯收得率99.9%以上,铸坯合格率99.95%以上的目标。
In order to improve the yield of continuous casting and casting rate, in view of the four kinds of common surface defects on heterotype casting continuous casting, detailed analysis is carried out on such aspects as equipment factors, mechanism of defects, the operation process and so on, and the effective preventive measures were formulated, casting yield more than 99.9%, and casting qualification rate of more than 99.95% of the target were realized.
