通过对热轧冷轧之间钢卷传输信息的重新定义,完善数据库并重新编写源代码程序和信息处理模块程序,实现冷轧热轧钢卷传输信息的具体涵义表达,进而实现材料、检验费用和人工成本的降低以及冷轧产品一次成材料率的提高。

Through redefinition of the information transmission between the hot rolling mill and cold rolling mill, and improvement of the data base and rewriting the source code and handling module program, the detailed meaning expressing between the hot rolling mill and cold rolling mill was implemented, and deeply realizing the cost reduction of the materials, inspection and manpower and improvement of the rate of metal yield for cold rolling production were realized.
