奇瑞捷豹路虎中英现代学徒制试点项目在江苏省教育厅的直接指导下应运而生。借鉴英国现代学徒制的成功经验,校企紧密合作共同育人,开展现代学徒制实践,推进了学校人才培养模式改革;推进了学校教学模式、教学方法改革;推进了学校课程建设、实训基地建设;推进了学校骨干教师成长和优秀教学团队建设。具有本土特色和推广价值是试点项目的最终目标。

Jaguar Land Rover Sino-British modern apprenticeship pilot project came into being under the guidance of Jiangsu Provincial Department of Education. Learning from the successful experience of British modern apprenticeship, the school and the enterprise cooperate to carry out the practice of modern apprenticeship, promote the reform of talent training mode, teaching mode and teaching methods and develop the construction of curriculum, training bases and teaching faculty. The ultimate goal of the pilot project is to possess local characteristics and the promotion value.
