摘要
政府、行业企业、德国职教集团以及学校为主体的"四位一体"现代学徒制的实施,提高了师资水平及教育教学质量,提升了人才就业能力,有力地促进了地方经济转型升级和产业结构调整。该模式尚有改进之处。
Taking the government, industries and enterprises, German vocational education group and the schools as the main body, the implementation of quaternary modern apprenticeship improves the teaching level and teaching quality, enhances the ability of talent employment, effectively promotes the local economic transformation and upgrades the industrial structure adjustment. However, improvement is still needed for this mode.
