摘要 校企合作创新实践的现代学徒制"一位学生、二位导师",校内有教师、校外有师傅,校企深度合作、教师和师傅联合传授知识与技能,成效显著,不失为人才培养模式的"升级版"。校企合作创新实践现代学徒制须有组织、经费、师资保障等。 The innovative practice of modem apprenticeship of school-enterprise cooperation is the upgraded version of talent training mode, which effectively provides the students with teachers both inside and outside the school, strengthens school-enterprise cooperation and imparts both knowledge and skills. However, this modem apprenticeship should have organization, funding and qualified faculty guarantee.
