醋糟复合基质对小型西瓜幼苗生长及生理代谢的影响 被引量:7

摘要 为开发出草炭的有效替代物,降低基质育苗的生产成本以及缓解有机固体废弃物的污染,以醋糟发酵合成的有机营养基质为主要原料,按不同比例混配蛭石和草炭,研究不同醋糟复合基质对小型西瓜小兰幼苗生长、叶绿素含量、光合作用、叶片抗氧化酶活性和矿质元素含量等的影响。试验结果表明,在醋糟中添加一定量的蛭石和草炭,复合基质的理化指标均能达到西瓜育苗的基本要求,且各醋糟复合基质优于以草炭和蛭石混配的基质,小型西瓜幼苗生长良好,其中以草炭∶醋糟∶蛭石=15∶45∶40(体积比)育苗效果最好。 In order to explore effective substitutes of peat, reduce the production cost of substrate culture and the pollution of organic solid waste. We used vinegar residue complex substrates as the main material, studied effects of different vinegar residue complex substrates on the seedling growth, chlorophyll content, photosynthesis, antioxidant enzyme activity and mineral elements content of mini-watermelon with mixing different proportions of vermiculite and peat. The results showed that, physical and chemical indicators of complex substrates could achieve the basic requirements of mini-watermelon seedling when adding a certain amount of vermiculite and peat in vinegar residue complex substrates. Meanwhile, each vinegar residue complex substrate was better than the substrate mixed with vermiculite and peat and the mini-watermelon seedlings grew well. Besides, the best nursery effect was treated with 15% peat+45% vinegar residue+40% vermiculite (V/V).
