摘要
我国科技企业孵化器起源于20世纪80年代中后期,经过几十年的发展,科技企业孵化器的数量持续增加,孵化能力不断增强。而孵化器作为创业服务机构,其发展模式从最初的完全公益性逐步过渡到了国家支持、企业兴办的阶段,实现科技企业孵化器同孵化企业的同步发展,其发展模式非常重要。以国家级科技企业孵化器——天津市帅超科技园有限公司为例,从建设宗旨、发展主线和发展方向3个方面对其发展模式进行了分析和阐述。
China＇s S＆T business incubators originated in the late 1980s. After decades of development, the number of incubators keeps increasing and their hatching capacity has become stronger. Today, the completely public welfare-oriented develop model of these business incubation service agencies has gradually transferred to a model of state-supporting and enterprise-sponsoring. The development model matters a lot in terms of realizing the coordinated development of both incubators and startups. This paper takes an example of a national science and technology business incubator, Tianjin Shuai Super Science Park Company Limited, to describe and analyze its development model from the aspects of construction purpose, development direction and development orientation.
