摘要
深化校企合作是培养创新人才、提高职业教育教学质量的基本途径,积极有效地探索创新校企合作办学新模式是职业教育的必经之路。以南京交通职业技术学院现代学徒制试点办学为例,论述了高职院校现代学徒制办学模式的基本思路。
Deepening the school-enterprise collaboration is an essential way to improve the teaching quality in vocational colleges and actively exploring and reforming the model of school-enterprise collaboration is the only route. This paper takes the experimental school running of modem apprenticeship in Nanjing Communications Institute of Technology as an example and discusses basic ideas of school-running models of modem apprenticeship in vocational colleges.
