摘要
海洋平台钻井时,钻井船靠平台施工,平台上的钻修机需要让出井口区避让钻井船。由于长时间不使用钻修机,并且钻修机过高,钻修机避让多采用放倒井架的方式。锦州9-3CEPD钻修机避让时钻井船靠船方向不同,钻修机井架不能放倒,并且自身模块重量较大,同时钻修机距离平台火炬臂较近,导致传统的钻修机避让方式不能满足要求。根据锦州海域的环境情况,选取各工况下的环境条件进行计算分析,火炬对钻修机井架结构及油漆、铝层不造成破坏,确定钻修机避让时不放倒井架。
When an offshore platform is operating, the platform drilling machine needs to leave some space for the drilling ship in the wellhead area as the latter is next to the platform. As the drilling machine is usually left unused for a long time and considering its height, the derrick is often laid down for collision prevention. However, the collision prevention direction of JZ9-3CEPD drilling machine and direction of the drilling ship are different. In addition, the drilling machine derrick is heavy and close to the flare boom of the platform and cannot be put down. So the traditional collision prevention mode cannot meet the requirements. According to environmental conditions in the Jinzhou sea area, environmental conditions under various working conditions were calculated and analyzed to make sure the flare boom do not constitute a threat to the derrick's structure, paint and aluminum coating and the derrick do not put down in case of collision prevention of the drilling machine.
