摘要
模拟式调节器是生产控制过程中常用的一种仪表,随着科学技术的进步,自动化水平的提高,某些计量参数已经无法实现相关技术要求。因此,对具有计算、控制输出、远传通信、数字屏幕显示等功能的智能型单回路调节器进行研究、设计是必要的,这种调节器对解决自动化生产中控制、调节和分散控制系统多参数的问题起到了重要的作用。对智能型单回路调节器设计思路进行了分析和探讨,为此项目的研究工作提供了借鉴和参考。
Analog regulator is a commonly-applied instrument meter in the process of production control. With the progress of science and technology and the advancement of automation, some metrological parameters are unable to meet relevant technological demands. Therefore, it is necessary and essential to explore and further develop intellectual single loop controllers with functions of calculation, input data controlling and digital on-screen displaying. This type of controller plays an important role in solving problems of several metrological parameters during automatic production. The current analysis is aimed at studying and further exploring the design idea of intellectual single loop controllers, and providing a wider access to future studies.
