摘要
高管团队之间的信任程度直接决定了企业选择那种创新战略。本文从高管团队不同信任关系出发,利用高阶理论,研究高管团队的信任对创新战略选择的影响。通过对江苏、安徽、北京的高新技术企业进行取样,研究发现:关系导向信任越强,越倾向于选择继承式创新战略,工作导向信任越强越倾向于选择颠覆式创新。高管团队异质性正向调节高管团队工作导向信任与颠覆式创新之间的关系。当因变量为继承式创新时负向调节工作导向信任与继承式创新之间的关系并显著,负向调节关系导向信任与颠覆式创新之间关系,正向调节关系导向信任与继承式创新之间的关系。
The trust between TMT(Top management team) determine the choice of innovation strategy, and innovation is the major way to let enterprise sustainable development , so we need to focus on the relationship between TMT internal trust and choice of innovation strategy . we use upper echelon theory , by Jiangsu, Anhui, Beijing' s high-tech enterprises sampled. Our founds are : relation-oriented trust facilitates a firm' s strategic choice of explorative innovation, task-oriented trust facilitates a firm' s strategic choice of exploitive innovation. TMT heterogeneity positively moderate the relationship between work-oriented trust and exploitive innovation. When the dependent variable is exploitive innovation, negatively moderate relationships between work-oriented trust and exploitive innovation significantly. Negative guide to regulate the relationship between relation-oriented trust and explorative innovation. Moderate the relationship between exploitive innovation and relation -oriented trust positively.
