摘要
PBL(problem-based learning)即基于问题的学习,是培养创新医学人才的常用教学方法。"有机磷中毒及药物解救"为药理学实验教学的经典内容,对指导临床实践具有重要意义。传统的实验教学并不利于激发学生的学习兴趣、培养其创新思维能力,所以有必要紧密结合临床,通过引入PBL引导学生自主学习,并围绕病例分析拓展实验内容、改进实验操作以提升教学效果,这有利于探索建立更有效的药理学实验教学模式。
This papers elaborates the teaching reform by introducing PBL to the teaching of intoxication of organophosphate and its treatments in rabbits, expanding the range of experiment contents, and improving experimental operation. The method is superior to the traditional teaching mode with effects to inspire students' learning interest, cultivate their innovative thinking abilities and elevating the teaching quality. It is helpful to establish more effective pharmacological experiments teaching mode.
