Research on the Innovation Path of Chinese Logistics Enterprises

在万众创新时代,我国物流企业创新能力直接关系到企业的竞争力。分析物流企业创新遇到的各种问题,包括创新的主观意愿弱、人力资本运行机制问题、外部体制的问题以及种种创新壁垒问题,问题解决的关键是企业根据自身条件,结合外部环境,进行创新。文中结合技术创新理论为物流企业创新提供多种创新路径,供企业结合自身的特点进行选择。分别在企业、政府及企业家个人层面,为促进物流企业创新提出建议对策,对物流企业提高创新能力具有一定的决策参考价值。

In the era of innovation, Chinese logistics enterprises＇ innovation abilities have direct relationships with their competitiveness. To analyze various problems logistics enterprises might meet in the process of innovation, it is critical to innovate independently. To use the theories of technology innovation management, providing kinds of paths that enterprises can use with their own characteristic. We proposed the practical advices in the aspect of enterprises, government and entrepreneurs. These advices are valuable in improving the innovation of Chinese logistics enterprises.
