汽车制造企业物流模式的比较与选择

摘要 党的十八大以来,我国的汽车工业迎来了新的发展机遇期,仅2014年一年我国生产的汽车就累计达到2372.39万辆,同比增长7.3%,销售总量为2349.19万辆,同比增长6.9%,连续十五年保持世界第一的产销量。在这样的历史背景下,我国的汽车制造企业要想在市场中占有一席之地并得到长足的发展,除了不断创新之外,还必须进一步加大企业的经营管理力度,提升服务质量,降低生产成本,实现企业利润的最大化。作为企业的"第三利润源泉",物流是企业降低成本一个重要领域,物流模式的比较与选择对于我国汽车制造企业具有重要的现实意义和深远的历史意义。 Since The 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, China's auto industry ushered in the new oppommities of development, 2014, only a year in China production car is totaled 2.372.39 million, an increase of 7.3%, total sales for 2.34919million vehicles in the, an increase of 6.9%, for 15 consecutive years to maintain the world's first production and sales. Under such a historical background, China's car manufacturing enterprises to in the market occupies a place and promotion of development, in addition to continuous innovation, it is also necessary to further increase enterprise management efforts, improve service quality, reduce the production cost, realize the maximization of enterprise profit. As the "third profit source", logistics is an important field of enterprise cost reduction. It has important practical significance and far-reaching historical significance for China's automobile manufacturing enterprises.
