"零库存"是一种合理计划和安排企业库存,促使物料在采购、生产、配送的各个环节中处于不断运动,不停周转状态的新型库存管控模式,能有效解决企业发展中的问题,已成为各企业当前追求的理想目标。文中结合M公司业务特点,分析企业库存管控现状,确认实施零库存管控的可行性,并分别从原材采购、半成品生产及成品销售等方面进行零库存的实践探索,从而达到降低企业库存成本,提升自身的生产效率和竞争力的目的。

The paper is applied to the M company＇s business features by analyzing status of inventory control and assuring the practicability of inventory control, moreover, it makes practical search from the aspects of purchasing raw materials, production of semi-products and products sales. Meanwhile, The business can cut the inventory cost and improve productivity and competitive by performing the ways mentioned above.
