江西省直管县体制改革试点深化策略研究

Research on the Deepening Strategy of the System Reform of Province Administrating County in Jiangxi Province

"省直管县"体制改革是优化地方政府结构的有效路径。当前江西"省直管县"体制改革已进入到行政体制改革的试点阶段,促使"省直管县"体制改革的内在条件已经成熟。但在改革过程中可能遇到操作、体制、法律、地理人文等方面的障碍,深入推进江西"省直管县"体制改革,需在突破障碍的基础上探究有效策略,使改革试点具有可持续性。

The administrative system reform of the Province administrating county is the effective way to optimize the organization of the local government. Hitherto, the Province administrating county reform has come to the on-trial stage of the administrative system reform, which brought the internal conditions of the system reform to its maturity. While operational, systematic, legal, geological and cultural stumbling blocks may come to its way, exploring more effective strategy while conquering these setbacks is highly advised to ensure sustainability of the reform pilot when bringing about a more in-depth Province administrative county administrative system reform.
