摘要
文中设计了一套带式输送机输送带压力检测系统,来检测输送带在正常运行过程中的压力。结合传感器、单片机控制、串口通信等技术,将传感器采集到的压力数据通过显示屏显示,并且通过串口通信实时传输到电脑端,同时可以在皮带机处于空载或轻载的情况下进行报警。
The belt conveyor pressure testing device is designed to detect the conveyor belt during normal operation pressure. Combined with sensor, MCU control and serial communication technology, the pressure data collected by sensors is displayed through the display screen, moreover the data is real time transported to the computer through serial communication. And while the belt conveyor is in no-load or light load, the system will sound the alarm bell.
