Analysis on the Demand of Logistics Talent in Nanchong Based on SWOT-PEST Matrix

近年来南充市把现代物流业作为战略性新兴产业进行培育,通过规划引领、项目推进、政策驱动,实现物流产业升级,推动现代物流的发展。文中结合实地调研,了解企业对人才需求状况,并且运用SWOT-PEST矩阵对南充物流业的发展进行了分析,立足于产业升级分析了南充物流人才的需求。

Nanchong defines the modem logistics as a strategic new industry to cultivate recently, by planning and guiding, project-driven, policy-driven, that will realize industrial upgrading and promote the development of modem logistics. This paper conclusions the demand situation of talent for enterprises by the investigations, in addition analyzes the development of modem logistics in Nanchong by using SWOT-PEST matrix and the demand of talent to be based on the industrial upgrading.
