摘要 本文针对某直埋高温管道破裂,对导致管道失效的各种应力破坏形式进行了分析,提出直埋管道在设计计算时要充分考虑管道刚度以及内压、温度、局部屈曲对壁厚的影响,同时要注意直埋管道环境变化对管道的影响,从而提出一种针对性的补救措施。 For a high-temperature direct-buried pipeline rupture, the various forms of stress damage that cause of pipeline failure were analyzed. The impact of pipe rigidity and inner pressure, temperature, local buckling on thickness of the pipeline must be considered were put forward during direct-buried pipeline designing and calculating. Meanwhile, the impact of environmental change on buried pipelines must be noticed. Thereby, a targeted remedial action was proposed.
