摘要
本文介绍了纺丝级聚酯厂在空调负荷、空调冷热源、制冷站系统形式等方面的一些设计特点,并列举了工程应用实例。纺丝车间常年有很大的空调负荷需求,通过溴化锂吸收式制冷机,利用工艺的副产蒸汽余热作驱动热源制取冷冻水供空调使用,可以达到节能、降低产品能耗的目的。
The HVAC design characteristics of the textile grade polymer plant were introduced, including the air conditioning load, cold and heat sources, chilled water station system mode, and the engineering application example was enumerated. For the annual cooling capacity of the air-conditioning in the spinning workshop is large, through the lithium bromide absorption refrigerator, using by-product steam waste heat as driving heat source to produce chilled water for the air-conditioning, the purpose of energy saving and reducing energy consumption can be achieved.
