使用价值三要素理论视角下移动互联网支付采纳的影响因素研究

摘要 移动互联网支付技术作为一种新兴的信息技术,能否成功应用的一个关键因素是用户是否采纳。本文在TAM和TPB的基础上,从使用价值三要素理论中的客体、介体和主体特性出发,引入感知享受性,感知风险,感知真实性,形象等变量构建社交网络环境下移动互联网支付采纳意愿模型并加以实证检验。实证结果显示感知真实性、形象对行为意愿的正向影响是显著的,而感知风险对行为意愿的负向影响是显著的,但感知享受性对行为意愿的正向影响不显著。
