基于自顶向下的直角坐标机器人设计库的开发

摘要 应用自顶向下的设计方法,以Solid Works为平台,采用外部参考,并进行尺寸的相互关联,设计直角坐标机器人,保证装配体整体性的关联。设计完成后,将零件分类保存,建立设计库。在设计新机型时,直接调用设计库中部装或零件,修改关键参数,完成设计。与自底向上设计方法相比,缩短了设计周期,提高了设计效率,实现了资料的共享。 This article used top-down assembly design which is established on the platform of SolidWorks. A kind of cartesian robot who can automatically complete the required action was developed, which used an external reference method, and interrelated dimensions the associated assembly. After the design is complete, design library. Then a direct call which is modified key Cartesian robots design need to ensure the integrity of the parts saved classification which used to establish parameters and complete the design through the design library when it need to design a new model. Compared with the down-top design method, the top-down design method shorten the whole developing cycle, improved the design efficiency and achieve the shared data.
