基于21世纪海上丝绸之路视域的南海问题研究走向

A Research Review of the South China Sea Issue from the Perspective of the 21st Century Maritime Silk Road

自2013年国家主席习近平首次提出共建21世纪海上丝绸之路以来,中国掀起了关于海上丝绸之路建设的热潮。南海以其独特的天然禀赋和战略意义,决定了其在丝绸之路建设中具有举足轻重的地位。南海问题一直备受学术界关注,国内的研究主要集中在史地、法律、政治以及经济合作方面;而国外对南海问题的研究主要集中在南海问题的原因、影响国家、解决方式等方面。文章在分析研究南海问题的基础上,找出研究不足并基于21世纪海上丝绸之路的视域对南海问题研究提出新的思路。

A vast wave of the construction of the Maritime Silk Road has risen in China since Present Xi Jinping first put forward the idea of co-building the 21st Century Maritime Silk Road in 2013. The South China Sea plays a decisive role in the construction of the Maritime Silk Road for its uniquely natural endowments and strategic significance. The South China Sea issue has always been the focus of the academic community. While the do- mestic studies mainly focus on the history and geography, law, politics and economic cooperation, those aboard about this issue center on its reasons, influenced countries, solutions and so on. On the basis of the analyses of the South China Sea issue, the paper points out the deficiencies and puts forward the new ways to study this issue from the perspective of the 21st Century Maritime Silk Road.
