摘要
基于六家酒店166名实习生的感知价值角度,引入工作满意度,构建了感知价值与择业意愿结构模型,探讨了酒店实习生感知价值与择业意愿的中介效应。研究发现:工作本身、工作报酬、人际关系和职业发展管理等感知价值维度对工作满意度和择业意愿有显著正向影响,工作满意度在实习生感知价值对择业意愿的影响过程中起到部分中介作用。研究结论对酒店管理实习生提供了可参考的意见和建议。
From the perspective of perceived value of 166 interns across six hotels, the paper illustrates the job satisfaction and constructs a structure model of perceived value and career willingness, exploring the mediating effect between perceived value and career willingness of the hotel interns. The study indicates that such dimen- sions of perceived value as work itself, work remuneration, interpersonal .relationship and career development management and so on have a significant positive impact on job satisfaction and career willingness tion has a partly intermediary effect in the process that perceived value of the interns affects career The conclusions provide the relevant advice and suggestions for the interns of hotel management.
