摘要
对七浦塘特大桥与苏昆太高速公路交叉部分施工支架门洞设计方案进行检算,其中包括跨越高速公路的工字钢门洞设计方案以及碗扣式支架设计方案两部分。门洞纵横梁检算采用有限元软件Midas进行建模仿真计算,两边支架、上部膺架以及胶合板的检算采用手算,而碗扣支架体系则采用传统方法结合相关标准进行检算。检算结果表明,门洞及碗扣支架体系的设计均满足相关强度、刚度及稳定性要求。
Based on the practical engineering, discussion was made on the bracket design of Qiputang bridge spanning the Suzhou-Kunshan-Taicang highway, which includes the design of the i-beam openings and the bowl scaffold bracing system, the design was calculated after that. To the openings, finite element software Midas was sleeted to calculate the stringer and crossbeam while hand computation was used to calculate other parts. And for the bowl scaffold bracing system, the calculation was achieved by traditional method according to relevant specifications. The results showed that the design scheme can satisfied requirement of strength, stiffness and stability.
