新余休闲旅游产业发展现状及对策研究

The development status quo and countermeasures of the leisure tourism industry in Xinyu

对新余气候条件、旅游资源、区域位置等方面进行分析,指出目前新余休闲旅游发展中存在政府引导不够、休闲产品过于单一、休闲旅游文化缺乏特色及从业人员素质有待提高等问题,提出加强政府引导、加大财政投入;充分挖掘内涵,对接本地特色;优化客源市场结构;拓宽营销渠道;提高从业水平等发展新余休闲旅游产业等一系列对策。

This paper analyses the climate condition, tourism resources and regional location of Xinyu, pointing out the problems such lack of government＇s guidance, monotonous leisure products, lack of leisure tourism culture and poor professional quality. Based this analysis, it puts forward countermeasures, that is, strengthening the government＇s guidance, and increasing the financial input, fully mining the connotation and orienting to the local features, optimizing the customers market structure, expanding the marketing channel, improving the professional tourism guides＇ quality.
