摘要 美国南印第安纳大学教师教育项目的反思型教师模式旨在基于开展体验式学习,通过准备知识基础和养成反思能力将职前教师培养成为反思型实践者。为此,它设计了相应的模块化课程,通过模块化的知识课程与教学项目课程、教学方式分别拓展职前教师的知识基础、培养其反思能力。 The reflective teacher model of teacher education programs in University of Southern Indiana trains pre - service teachers to be reflective practitioners by preparing knowledge base and developing the ability of reflection based on experiential learning. So it designs modularized curricula, using respectively the modularized knowledge curricula and project teaching curricula to extend pre -service teachers'knowledge base and cultivate their ability of reflection.
