校企合作背景下高职院校教师工作站建设探索——以安徽商贸职业技术学院为例

为加速高职院校"双师型"师资队伍的建设,进一步深化校企合作,近年来,不少高职院在企业中设立教师工作站。教师工作站的建设搭建了校企合作新平台,探索了人才培养新模式,提升了教师教学科研能力,但在实际中也遇到各种问题。要进一步建设好教师工作站,完善政策是保障,过程管理是核心,校企双赢是关键。

In order to quicken the building of bi - qualified teacher team and further deepen the school - enterprise operation, many higher vocational colleges have established teachers＇working bases in the enterprises, which provide the new platform for the school - enterprise cooperation and exploring the new talent training model and improving teachers＇ teaching and research ability. But in reality many problems appear, therefore to make the working bases operating efficiently, perfecting policy is the guarantee, process management is the core and win - win of school and enterprise is the key.
