摘要
公正的第三方治理模式在体育领域合作秩序的维护中起到了举足轻重的作用。但面对行业自治及自发秩序维护的需求时,便出现难以规避的困境,需要强互惠惩罚的有益补充。强互惠惩罚具有惩罚成本低廉、实施更加及时精确等优势。因此,在社会资本存量较高的体育团体中积创造强互惠条件,充分发挥强互惠惩罚之作用,不失为体育领域团队合作秩序维护的有益选择。
An impartial governance mode of a third party plays a decisive role in the maintaining cooperation order in the field of sports. But when faced with the demand of maintaining industry autonomy and spontaneous order, it is difficult to avoid some dilemma, which should be supplemented by strong reciprocity punishment. It has the advantages of a low cost punishment and timely and accurate implementation. Therefore, we should create strong reciprocity conditions for those sports groups who have high social capital stocks. So, it is a sound choice for maintaining cooperation order of sports groups to play the role of strong rectprocity punishment.
