浅谈油库消防安全问题

Discussion On the Fire Safety Problems in the Oil Depot

本文简要介绍了我国油库消防系统建设的发展及现状；油库消防方面的投资占油库总建设费用的情况，分析比较了三种消防系统的投资效益，得出最佳方案为不设消防系统，只配少量小型移动式消防器材；同时对我国油库消防系统建设及安全管理工作提出了一些建议。

The paper briefly introduces the present situation and development of the construction of fire protection system in the oil depot of our country. It also introduces the percentage of the fire safety investment to the total construction fee of the oil depot. The investment benefits of the three kinds of fire pro- tection systems are compared and analyzed. The result shows that the scheme is to omit fire protection system when con- structing the oil depot, and to provide small amount of movable fire equipment only. The paper finally gives some suggestions on the construction and safety management of the fire protec- tion systems in the oil depot.
