2型糖尿病合并视网膜病变患者网膜素水平及其意义

The levels and significance of omentin in patients with type 2 diabetes with retinopathy

目的探讨2型糖尿病及2型糖尿病合并视网膜病变(DR)患者血清网膜素(omentin)水平的变化及临床意义。方法随机选取64名糖尿病患者,根据是否合并视网膜病变分为有视网膜病变组和无视网膜病变组,另外选取20名在本院进行体检的健康成年人作为对照组,用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)测定空腹血清网膜素水平并进行比较分析。结果正常对照组血清网膜素水平(24.56±6.68)明显高于2型糖尿病组(10.72±2.54),P<0.05,视网膜病变组血清网膜素水平(5.10±1.51pg/ml)低于无视网膜病变组(11.18±1.55pg/ml),P<0.05。血浆网膜索水平与体重指数(BMI)、糖化血红蛋白(HbAIC)、空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后血糖(PBG)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)及胆固醇(TC)呈明显负相关,与高密度脂蛋白(HDL)呈明显正相关。结论在2型糖尿病合并视网膜病变的发生及发展过程中,血清网膜素可能起到一定保护作用。

Objective To investigate the levels and significance of omentin in diabetics with type 2 diabetes with ret-inopathy.Methods we randomly selected 64 patients who were divided into retinopathy group and non retinopathy group.AND we selected 20 adults as healthy controls.Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay （ELISA）detect fasting ser-um omentin.Results The level of serum omentin of healthy controls（24.56±6.68）was higher than diabetics（10.72± 2.54）,P 〈0.05.The level of serum omentin of diabeteic retinopathy （5.10±1.51 pg/ml）was obviously lower than non diabeteic retinopathy（11.18±1.55 pg/ml）,P 〈0.05.The level of serum omentin was negative correlation with BMI、HbAIC、FPG、FPG、TG、LDL and TC,and it was positive correlation with HDL.Conclusion In occurrence and pro-gress of type 2 diabetes with retinopathy,elevating the level of serum omentin may play the role of protection.
