自然状态下QRS波群时限与左室重构和心功能相关性研究 被引量：3

摘要 心电图QRS波时限代表左右心室除极过程的综合时间。近年来,随着CRT在临床中的应用QRS波时限延长的现象及其临床意义成为一个研究热点。QRS波时限延长与左心结构和功能的改变可能互为因果,也与恶性室性心律失常相关,QRS波时限延长是心力衰竭患者心源性死亡和全因死亡的独立危险因子[1]。本文就自然状态下QRS波群时限与心功能和左室重构的相关性进行探讨,
