输尿管软镜在上尿路移行细胞癌诊断治疗中的应用
摘要
上尿路移行细胞癌（Upper urinary tract transitional cell carcinoma）约占全部尿路上皮肿瘤的5%-6%,其中75%发生于肾内,其余25%发生于输尿管内,以远端输尿管最常见,约占70%。多以单侧发病,双侧发病率仅为2%-4%,但近30%-75%的上尿路移行细胞癌患者伴有膀胱侵犯[1]。在我国患者的平均发病年龄为65岁,随着人口老龄化,
