摘要
以介休市富康嘉苑二期棚户区改造安置住房项目为例,介绍了绿色建筑设计与城市规划设计的内容,着重对城市规划中绿色建筑设计存在的问题进行了研究探讨,并从规划主题、住宅用户设计、停车设计、交通等方面提出了解决措施,以实现城市规划的科学性。
Taking Fukangjiayuan secondary shanty transformation project in Jiexiu city as an example, the paper introduces green building design and urban planning ＆ design contents, mainly studies problems existing in green building design, and puts forward solving measures from aspects of planning theme, residential owner design, parking design and traffic and so on, with a view to realize scientific urban planning.
