回收承德某铁尾矿中低品位磷矿的试验研究 被引量:3

摘要 对承德某铁尾矿原矿性质的研究表明,该铁尾矿中含有磷和钛两种可回收元素,其中磷以磷灰石的形式存在,且嵌布粒度较粗,钛主要为钛铁矿,嵌布粒度细。因此本研究提出先浮选回收磷再选钛的工艺流程。在回收磷的试验中,研究了1次粗选和精选时各个影响因素,结果表明,在磨矿细度为-0.074 mm质量分数占52.1%,p H=8.5~9,水玻璃用量800 g/t,AW-01用量800 g/t,矿浆质量分数30%,粗选时间3 min,精选时水玻璃用量50 g/t,AW-01用量100 g/t,矿浆质量分数为25%的试验条件下,采用1次粗选3次精矿的浮选工艺流程,可获得磷品位为32.74%,回收率为86.11%的磷精矿,同时尾矿中磷品位降至0.31%。 The study on property of raw ore in Chengde iron tailings shows that the tailings contain two recoverable elements of phosphorus; occurring in a form of apatite with coarse dissemi nated grain size and titanium, mainly ilmenite with fine dissemi- nated grain size. A flowsheet of recovering phosphorus before titanium hy flotation is proposed in the study. The main influence factors researched in one roughing and cleaning in the test on phosphorus recovery indicate that with the grinding fineness of - 0. 074 mm ,the content making up 52.14% , pH=8.5-9,water glass consumption 800 g/t, AW-01 dosage 800 g/t, slurry concentration 30%, flotation time 3 min in roughing and water glass consumption 50g/t in cleaning,AW-01 dosage 100 g/t and slurry concentration 25%, the phosphate concentrate at a grade of 32. 74% with the recovery rate of 86. 11% and phosphate grade in railings being reduced to 0.31% could be produced by the flotation process of one roughing and three cleanings.
