摘要
由于固体盐矿中钾盐的动态溶解受多因素的影响与控制,难以实施有效的控制溶解。本次室内试验模拟现场采矿方法,针对补卤速度、补卤管打孔直径、采卤速度对盐矿中钾盐溶解的影响进行了研究。研究发现:盐矿钾离子溶解效率在一定范围内随补卤速度增大而增大,当补卤速度达到一定值后,钾离子溶解效率不再增加,甚至下降;打孔直径对盐矿中钾盐的溶解影响与补卤速度相似;采卤速度对盐矿中钾盐的溶解影响不大。
As the dynamic dissolution of potash in the solid salt deposits are affected by multi-factor influence and control, it is hard to efficiently make a control of the dissolution for salt deposits. The laboratory tests are made to simulate the site mining method and to study the impacts of halogen feeding speed, halogen feeding pipe perforation diameter and brine extraction rate on the dissolutionof potash in the solid salt deposits. The study showed that the solubility of potassium ion in potash is increased with the rising halide feeding speed within a certain range. When the halide feeding speed reaches a certain value, the solubility shows no more increase, even falling. The pipe perforation diameter has the similar dissolving effect on the dissolution of potash in the salt deposits to the halide feeding speed. The brine extraction rate has little influence on the dissolution of potash in the salt deposits.
