摘要
对建筑工程施工阶段造价控制管理存在的管理不科学、合同工程量与实际工程量不符、施工组织设计不完善等问题进行了研究,探讨了解决各种问题的措施,对有效控制建筑成本、提高经济效益有重要的意义。
This paper analyzed the management not scientific, the contract amount and actual amount unconformity, construction organization design not perfect and other problems existed in building engineering construction stage cost control management, discussed the measures to solve all kinds of problems, had important significance to effective control of the building cost, improve the economic benefit.
