基层图书馆(室)建设模式探讨——以广州基层图书馆建设为例

A Discussion on the Construction Mode of Base Libraries in Guangzhou

文章指出了基层图书馆(室)在基础设施建设、管理体制、投入力度及信息化程度等几方面存在的问题;分析了基层图书馆发展的制约因素;提出广州等大中型城市建设基层图书馆应吸取借鉴先进城市如佛山、杭州、嘉兴和靖江等地的成功经验,在法律支撑、制度完善、管理规划、共建共享等方面进行基层图书馆(室)的下一阶段建设。

Some problems in the base libraries, such as infrastructure construction, management system, investment deficiency and degree of informationization are expounded and restrictive factors owing to various objective condi- tions are analysed. This paper proposed that the construction of Guangzhou base libraries should absorb the success- ful experiences of domestic libraries in advanced cities, such as Shenzhen, Foshan, Hangzhou and Jingjiang. From now on in the base libraries construction in Guangzhou, we should take their experince in legal support, better management system, management strategy, co -construction and sharing and so on.
