摘要
文章提出了图书馆的个性化微服务理念,分析了微服务的"微"特质,从微个性、微数据、微态度、微互动和微服务智能馆员建设等五个方面详细阐述了图书馆在微时代开创微服务的具体策略,以满足大数据时代微用户的特殊信息需求。
This paper puts forward the library's personalized service concept, analyses the micro service qualities. From the following five aspects:micro personality, micro data, micro attitude, micro interaction and the construction of intelligent micro service librarians, the author elaborates on the library's strategies of creating micro service in mi- cro era in order to meet the information demand of users in era of big data.
