This paper Explored how to build an excellent team of library＇s literature information assistants, which can help teachers to improve the effectiveness of the teaching practice＂ Information Retrieval and Utilization＂ , enhance undergraduates＇ information literacy and capabilities of searching for information, remedy the shortage of human re- sources in library, and carry out construction of modernizs library＇s function, propaganda of library and literature information consulting services.
