摘要
在对"学科馆员-图情教授"和"学科分馆-学科馆员组合"两种服务模式的分析基础上,从运作过程、服务绩效、馆藏资源组织与利用等方面进行了比较研究,并结合这两种模式的优点,构建出动态、集成、综合的高校图书馆学科馆员服务模式。
This article analyzes the content of two service models of the ＂ subject librarian - library professor＂ method and ＂subject library branch -subject librarian＂ method. Based on this, this article conducts the compara- tive analysis from the following aspects：the operation process, the service performance, organization and utilization of library resources, etc. Combined the advantages of these two kinds of modes the author puts forward a dynamic, integrated, comprehensive subject librarian service model in university library.
