黑格尔在《法哲学原理》的伦理世界中详细论述了婚姻伦理观。婚姻本质上是伦理关系,婚姻使自由意志的男女个体在婚姻伦理关系中达到精神的统一。我国苗族传统婚姻习俗具有浓郁的民族特色,以黑格尔法哲学的伦理视域对苗族传统婚姻习俗进行透视,即主要从伦理精神方面释义苗族传统婚姻习俗中的婚姻制度、恋爱方式及婚礼仪式,发掘出苗族传统婚姻伦理的内在精神本质。
