工程造价在BIM时代的探索与革新

Exploration and Innovation of Project Cost in BIM Era

目前在国内,工程建设行业越来越多的大型项目已经开始应用BIM技术。BIM作为一种贯穿项目全生命周期的技术理念和手段,其发展如火如荼,在不久的将来BIM技术将颠覆整个工程建设行业。由基于BIM的算量软件、建材询价平台、造价管理软件、云计算数据中心等组成的综合工程成本管理系统,将为未来造价控制提供全面的解决方案和技术支持。本文在此背景下研究和探索BIM时代下的造价人员的定位与价值体现,以及工程造价的创新和发展。

Currently BIM technology is more and more widely applied in large scale project in AEC industry. A new integrated project cost management system based on BIM will be formed, ~ncluding BIM-based QTO （Quantity Take Off） software, cost inquiring platform for construction materials, cost management software and cloud-based data center etc. And this system will greatly impact and challenge the traditional approaches of project cost management. In this paper, the author studied the innovation and development of project cost with BIM, and explored the value of cost management personnel in BIM era.
