摘要
以远心镜头放大率、远心度及镜头畸变作为标定参数,提出一种新型远心镜头标定方法.该方法通过控制旋转和平移2个外部参数矩阵,利用已知的外部参数对内部参数进行标定,而不再同时标定外部参数.通过一维高精度移动平台精确控制标定板到镜头的物距,获得一系列有序图像,从而获得可控的高精度外部参数.实验表明:该方法可解决目前远心镜头难以标定或标定参数不全、精确度差等问题,且标定模型简单、快捷,具有较高的实用性.
A new telecentric lens calibration method was proposed by using the magnification and distortion degree of telecentric lens as calibration parameters. This calibration method uses the known external parameters to calibrate the internal reference, rather than calibrate external parameters at the same time by controlling the rotation of the two external reference translation matrix. A series of ordered images were obtained by controlling the distance between the calibration plate and the lens with dimensional precision mobile platform, which can help obtain high accuracy external controllable parameters. Ex- perimental results show that this new method can overcome the difficulties in current telecentric lens calibration, such as calibration parameters insufficiency or poor accuracy. The new calibration model is simple and works fast with a great prac- tical value.
