摘要 辽河油田的锦25区块是典型性的稠油油藏,经过多年的的蒸汽吞吐开采的方法采油导致油井套管损坏发生频繁,给安全生产造成了极大的安全隐患。采油套损分析方法主要是从定量角度出发的损坏机理分析和从定性角度出发的影响因素分析。套管损坏大多情况是由多个因素共同作用的结果,但是以往却极少系统的将多个影响因素综合评价。针对这个问题笔者根据锦25区块情况,经过分析选取热注采过程中的注气压力、注气次数和累计注气量3个热注采参数作为分析指标,利用基于GIS的OWA(次序权重平均)方法得到了套损风险系数分布结果,并为安全生产和套管损坏的预防提出合理建议。 J25 block of Liaohe Oilfield is a typical heavy oil reservoir. After years of steam stimulation method of oil recovery, it not only leads to casing damage frequently, but causes great security risks to the safety in production. The method of oil casing damage analysis mainly includes damage mechanism analysis from the quantitative perspective and influence factors analysis from the perspective of qualitative. Casing damage is mostly the result of the joint action by multiple factors, but it rarely makes a comprehensive e- valuation of multiple factors. To solve this problem, according to the specific situation in J25 block, through a serious analysis the author selects gas injection pressure, gas injection times and cumulative gas injection such three thermal recovery parameters in the process of selecting thermal as indicators of analy- sis, uses GIS-based OWA method to get the casing damage risk coefficient distribution results, and puts forward reasonable suggestions for safety production and the prevention of the casing damage.
