摘要
目的:确定长春西汀注射液的最优处方和最佳制备工艺。方法:选择不同的p H值、抗氧剂及不同的投料顺序,采用正交设计试验对处方及制备工艺进行筛选。结果:确定了最终的处方和制备工艺:抗氧剂维生素C与焦亚硫酸钠用量均为0.1%,溶液最佳p H值为3.5,采用分步投料工艺比较合理。结论:按优选的辅料用量及工艺制备的长春西汀注射液处方合理、工艺可行、质量稳定。
Objective: To optimize the formulation and preparation technology of Vinpocetine Injection. Methods: The orthogonal design was adopted to screen the formula technology. Different pH, antioxidants and different orders of adding raw materials are main factors. Results: Final formulation and preparation technology are as follows: the percentage of vitamin C and sodium metabisulfite are 0.1%. The optimum pH value is 3.5. Adding raw materials step by step is reasonable. Conclusion: The Vinpocetine Injection prescription prepared by the optimized preparation technology above is feasible and stable in quality.
