舒乐洗剂的薄层鉴别研究

Study on TLC Identification of Shule Lotion(舒乐洗剂)

目的:提高舒乐洗剂质量标准,建立舒乐洗剂的薄层色谱鉴别方法。方法:采用薄层色谱法,对制剂中的苦参、黄柏、白鲜皮、土荆皮、蛇床子分别进行定性鉴别。结果:各薄层色谱斑点清晰、分离效果好,阴性对照品无干扰。结论:所建立的薄层鉴别方法简便易行,重现性好,可用于该制剂的质量控制。

Objective： To improve the quality standard and establish TLC identification method of Shule Lotion. Methods： TLC method was used to identify the quality of Kushen （Sophora flavescens）, Huangbai （Phellodendron amurense）, Baixianpi （cortex dictam）, Tujingpi （Cortex Pseudolaricis） and Shechuangzi （Cnidium monnieri） in Shule Lotion. Results： All spots of TLC were clear, good separation effect, negative control without interference. Conclusion： The TLC identification method is simple and repeatable that can be used for the quality control of the preparation.
