摘要
目的探讨无花果提取物对高脂饮食模型大鼠血脂的调节作用。方法 50只健康SD大鼠分为空白对照组、高脂模型组、无花果提取物低、中、高剂量组,每组10只。空白对照组给予基础饲料并灌胃蒸馏水,高脂模型组给予高脂饲料并灌胃蒸馏水,无花果提取物低、中、高剂量组给予高脂饲料,灌胃无花果提取物(100,200,600 mg/kg BW),给药4周。实验前、后分别测定血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白-胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白-胆固醇(HDL-C)水平;处死大鼠,测定腹部、肾及生殖器周围脂肪、脂体比。结果给予无花果提取物的大鼠其血清TC、TG、LDL-C含量均低于模型对照组(P<0.05),HDL-C含量高于模型对照组(P<0.01);无花果提取物组体脂肪含量、脂体比值明显低于模型对照组,高剂量组最为明显(P<0.05)。结论无花果提取物具有调节血脂水平的作用,并可以预防高脂饮食大鼠体重增长的作用。
Objective To study the effect of Ficus carica extract on blood lipids in rats with high-fat diet. Methods Fifty healthy Wistar rats were randomly divided into 5 groups (10 rats in each group), including control group, high fat model group, low-dose, medium-dose and high-dose Ficus carica extract groups. Animals in control group were fed with basic diet and distilled water, animals in high fat model group were fed with high fat diet and distilled water, animals in low-dose, medium-dose and high-dose Ficus carica extract group were fed with 100, 200 and 600 mg Ficus carica extract per 1000 g body weight, respectively, for four weeks. The levels of triglyceride (TG), total cholesterol (TC), low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) were determined before and after treatment. After four weeks, the rats were killed, and the fat weight and lipid ratio in the abdomens and kidneys and around the genitals were determined. Results The levels of TC, TG, LDL-C in all Ficus carica extract groups were significantly lower than those of control group (P〈0.05) while the levels of HDL-C weresignificantly higher than those of control group (P〈0.01). The Ficus carica extract significantly decreased the levels of blood lipids and relative weight of abdominal adipose tissue (P〈0.05), especially in high-dose group. Conclusion The Ficus caraca extract can adjust the levels of blood lipids and can prevent weight gain of high-fat diet rats.
